PackX enables shipping packages to any overseas destination listed on the app.

Vendors handle delays, but PackX notifies users about potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Check available payment options with each vendor. You can pay cash or mobile electronic transfer. Credit or debit card payments are unavailable for now.  

 The vendor will charge upon weight and check in order to process the shipment. Some vendors may offer payment at check out by owing to their system. 

Vendor may offer insurance for shipment items due to the declared value of the customer.  

App displays prohibited items listed by each vendor as well as the vendor will unbox-check for shipment item, is mandatory for item in order to be shipped off. 

Cancellation can be processed before the trip's cut-off date, regardless of whether the user drops off the item at the vendor. 

Vendors cancel only prohibited items; users pick up canceled items.

Yes, use the vendor address; the vendor isn't responsible for undelivered items. 

In the Package tab, access the tracking timeline activated after dropping off the package at the vendor.
