What are the documents I need to join PackX?
NRC or relevant ID, contact info, email, and a business page on social media.
Will I need to sign a contract with PackX?
There are codes of conduct, terms and conditions to follow. Vendors will fill out the necessary information and sign the comprehensive agreement.
What are the fees to sign up on PackX?
PackX will be paid a commission based on the revenue generated from the platform. The vendor will receive an invoice after each trip is shipped.
How will I receive the payments from users?
Users must pay at check in with the trip while dropping off to the vendor. They may use cash or P2P mobile transfer due to region. Credit cards and debit cards are currently not available for transactions.
Does PackX receive payments before or after the shipment from users?
PackX collects payments after the transaction is paid. Vendors receive the invoice of shipping when it is on route.
How do I pay PackX, how much and when ?
The commission on every confirmed trip; payment terms with PackX Finance. Once the trip invoice is inboxed, vendor pay off the invoice within 1 week.
What are the advantages of signing up on PackX?
Centralized platform for posting trips, organizing information, and convenient communication with users.
How can I list my trip on PackX?
Fill trip details, dates, cut-offs, prohibited items, prices, etc., under the trip tab in the app.
Can I mark up the price of my trips on PackX?
Yes, PackX allows complete freedom to set prices.
How can I communicate with the user?
Communicate directly with users through the PackX app. Users can message the relevant Facility in order to reserve the trip.
How can I communicate with PackX team?
Contact PackX via email or PackX Facebook Messenger for inquiries or assistance.
What if the users cancels the reservation after I have received their package?
Users are informed to cancel before dropping off the package; vendors receive payment before shipment.
What if the package contains prohibited or illegal items?
Provide a prohibited item list, and vendors should thoroughly check items while weighing.
